How Clean is “Clean Enough”?

Business Hygiene

If your office appears clean, it’s probably clean, right?  If only it were that easy!  Just because things are neat and tidy, with everything put in its place, it doesn’t mean everything’s truly clean.

Bathroom Cleaning & Sanitation Products

No matter how organized your office and bathrooms may appear, every surface in a workplace is potentially covered in harmful germs and bacteria that’s just lurking and waiting for a chance to spread.  This is especially true of bathroom surfaces.  Once these germs make contact with employees and clients, they latch on and can rapidly spread, which is never a good thing.  Keeping this in mind becomes even more important if you run a health-related facility (doctor’s office, hospital, etc.).

Even if your business doesn’t require extremely sterile conditions, it’s still a good idea to take steps to ensure that you reduce germs as much as possible.  Installing touch-free faucets for your sinks and auto-flush units for your toilets and urinals is a great step in the right direction. Also, touch-free soap dispensers and paper towel dispensers are a wise investment.  By reducing the number of surfaces your employees and clients have to come in contact with on a trip to the restroom, you help reduce the chances of them picking up harmful pathogens.
